Service Description

We specialize in annual AC, Solar & Electrical maintenance (AMC). One building. Three systems. One team responsible - Most sites maintain their air-conditioning through one agency, their solar plant through an installer who has stopped answering, and their electrical panels through whoever is free when something trips. MEP Powertech puts all three under a single annual maintenance contract — fixed service dates, written reports, and one number to call. Contract types - Non-Comprehensive (Labour Only) — Scheduled servicing and unlimited breakdown visits covered. Parts, gas and consumables billed separately at pre-agreed rates. Best for newer installations still under warranty. Comprehensive (Labour + Parts) — Everything above, plus spares, gas top-up and component replacement inside the annual fee. One fixed figure for the year, no surprise invoices. Best for older systems and critical areas. One-Time Service — No contract. A single deep clean, pre-summer AC check, post-monsoon solar cleaning or electrical safety audit, billed per visit. Air-Conditioning & HVAC - (Cooling that performs on the day you need it) Air-conditioning is usually your largest energy consumer and the first thing anyone complains about. It also degrades invisibly — a unit can run all summer while delivering three degrees less cooling than it was sized for, costing you comfort and electricity at once. We cover the full installation, not selected units: every split, cassette, ductable, VRF, chiller, AHU and ventilation fan, each logged with make, model, tonnage and location. Solar Plant O&M - (A plant that is running is not the same as a plant that is performing) Solar failures are quiet. Dust and monsoon residue alone can cost ten to twenty-five percent of generation. A failed string, loose DC termination or derating inverter costs more — and none of it announces itself. Unless someone compares actual output against what the plant should produce this month, the loss becomes the new normal. We treat generation as the deliverable, benchmarking expected output and measuring against it every visit. Electrical Systems - (The system where deferred maintenance costs the most) A panel that is working looks identical to a panel about to fail. A loose termination heats, oxidises, heats further and eventually arcs — and the gap between "an inspection would have caught this" and "the plant is down and the insurer is asking questions" can be months.
