A badly executed HVAC project doesn't announce itself at handover. It shows up the following summer — the corner room that never cools, the compressor that trips at 2 pm, the duct that drums above a conference table, the electricity bill nobody can explain. Almost always, the cause traces back to the same few things: a heat load estimated by thumb rule, equipment selected on price alone, routing improvised on site, and commissioning skipped because the deadline arrived. We work the other way round. Every project starts with an actual heat load calculation and an honest conversation about how the space will be used. Equipment is selected on performance and running cost over its life, not just capital cost. Routing is drawn and coordinated before anyone drills. And the system is tested, balanced and proven against its design figures before we ask you to accept it. Nine years of executing our own projects means the people designing the system are the people who will have to install it — which tends to produce buildable designs. What we execute Turnkey HVAC projects. Design, equipment supply, installation, testing, commissioning and handover under a single contract, with one party accountable for the outcome. Supply and installation. Where the design is already fixed — by your consultant or your architect — we execute to drawing, with shop drawings, site coordination and commissioning. Retrofits and replacements. Replacing ageing or failed systems in occupied buildings, phased so the business keeps running. Includes efficiency upgrades where the old system is costing more in electricity than the new one costs to install. System expansion. Adding capacity to an existing installation — new floors, new areas, changed occupancy — without destabilising what already works. Systems we install VRF / VRV systems — the usual choice for multi-zone offices, hotels and larger residences, with individual room control and part-load efficiency. Ductable split and packaged units — for open floorplates, showrooms, banquet halls and industrial spaces needing uniform cooling. Chilled water systems — chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumping and piping for large commercial and industrial loads. Cassette, hi-wall and floor-standing splits — for offices, clinics, retail and residential. Precision and server-room cooling — close-control units for IT and equipment rooms, with redundancy planned in. Ventilation systems — fresh air, exhaust, kitchen ventilation, car park ventilation.
